What it does
- Write a post in about ten seconds. A post can be one line, a photo or both.
- Photos print in 13 styles, including polaroid, film, postcard, stamp and sticker, with captions and longer stories.
- Everyone in the family writes into the same diary. People join with a one-time invite link, or ask to join and the owner says yes.
- Five roles: owner, admin, editor, contributor and viewer.
- 7 themes. Each person can have their own color and theme.
- Tags on every post, with starter tags for everyday family life.
- More than 140 built-in prompts for the days you don't know what to write.
- A monthly recap, milestones and "on this day".
- Export a photobook (8 x 8 inches, with print bleed), a journal PDF (Letter or A4) and a full zip backup.

How it protects your family
- No account or login.
- The diary lives in the owner's own iCloud. Sprout Diary never runs a server that stores it.
