Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Sprout Diary app and sproutdiary.com, provided by CORDOC LLC ("we", "us"). By using either, you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.

Your content

You own everything you write and add in Sprout Diary. It stays on your device and in your own iCloud storage, and we don't get a license to it because we never receive it. Please only add photos and content you have the right to keep.

Keeping your diary safe

Your diary lives in storage you control. Keep iCloud turned on or save regular backups from Settings. We can't restore a diary that was deleted from your device and iCloud.

Pro and payments

Some features need Sprout Diary Pro, sold through the App Store as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds under its own terms. You can manage a subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time.

AI features

AI-written text, such as a monthly recap, can contain mistakes. Read it before you rely on it or share it. Sprout Diary is a journal and gives no medical, developmental or parenting advice. Talk to your pediatrician about questions on your child's health or development.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or our services, or use them to break any law.

No warranty

We work hard to keep Sprout Diary reliable, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, CORDOC LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. North Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
