About Sprout Diary
Sprout Diary is a shared family diary for iPhone that keeps the story beside every photo. Everyone in a family writes into one diary. Photos print as polaroids with captions, in 13 styles, and a diary exports as a photobook or a PDF. The diary lives in the family's own iCloud, and Sprout Diary never runs a server that stores it. There are no accounts, no ads and no feed. Sprout Diary is made by CORDOC LLC in Raleigh, North Carolina, and is translated into 29 languages.
Also available as plain text.

The founders
Kaustubh Dabhadkar is a cardiologist. He and his wife Vaama, parents of two, built Sprout Diary after a photo of their daughter laughing showed them they had thousands of pictures and almost none of the stories inside them. Read the full story.
“We could see what happened. Neither of us could remember why she was laughing.”
